This policy explains what personal information I collect through this website, why I collect it, and what your rights are. I have kept it in plain language on purpose.

Who I am

This website is run by Johnny Johnston, trading as Aesthetic Lead. I am the data controller for the information described here, meaning I am responsible for how it is handled. You can reach me at hello@aestheticlead.co.uk.

What I collect

• Your email address (and your name, if you give it) when you ask for the 7-Point Treatment Visibility Self-Check, or when you contact me.
• The content of any message you send me, so I can reply.

I do not ask for or store any sensitive information, and I never ask for payment details on this site.

Why I collect it, and my legal basis

• To send you the self-check and occasional notes on clinic visibility with your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see Your rights).
• To answer your enquiry because it is in our mutual legitimate interest for me to respond, or to take steps toward working together.

Who else is involved

To run the site and send emails, I use a small number of trusted services that may process your information on my behalf:

• Web3Forms when you submit a form, Web3Forms receives it, forwards your email address to me, and keeps a short submission history. See their privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy. (The self-check itself is a direct download, not sent or stored by a third party.)
• Google Fonts this site loads its typefaces from Google's servers, which means your browser's IP address is shared with Google when the page loads.
• Cloudflare Pages hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long I keep it

I keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. After that, I remove it from my records within 30 days. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask me to:

• show you what information I hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your information
• stop or limit how I use it
• send it to you or another provider
• withdraw your consent at any time

To do any of these, email hello@aestheticlead.co.uk and I will respond within one month. You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing me.

If you think I have handled your information badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though I would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
