About

This page is about you, not me.

Specialist SEO for injectables clinics that want a focused, low-noise working relationship.

Who this is for

Injectables clinics that are serious about local search — and tired of agencies that aren't.

Aesthetic Lead works exclusively with UK injectables-led clinics. Not broad local SEO for every type of business. Not dental, not skincare brands, not general marketing. The focus is clinics where treatments like Botox, fillers, Profhilo, skin boosters and non-surgical rhinoplasty are commercially important.

The clinics that get the most out of this are typically in competitive cities, already seeing patients, and past the point of wondering whether SEO matters. They know it does. They just haven't found someone who understands their specific market well enough to do it properly.

I've been working with injectables and aesthetics clinic clients since 2021. Previous clients include Artistry Clinic. Current clients include Dr Majid Shah Aesthetics in Birmingham. That's the depth of market knowledge behind everything on this site — not research borrowed from another industry.

How it works

Low contact. High trust. You get on with running your clinic.

This is not an agency relationship with weekly calls, monthly reports and a different person on every email. It's one specialist who understands your market, gets on with the work, and only asks for your attention when it's actually needed.

I work best with clinic owners who want the work handled properly without turning marketing into another weekly burden. Most of the time I don't need long meetings. I need access, clear approvals when required, and quick responses when something matters.

Previous clients speak with me on the phone a handful of times a year. Most communication is by message — and not every week. If I do ask for something, it's important and needs a quick response. That's the only expectation.

I work with a maximum of five clinics at any one time. That limit exists so every clinic gets the attention required to do the work properly.

One specialist, not an account team
You work with one person who understands injectables SEO specifically — not handed between departments or managed by someone who also looks after a plumbing company.
Minimal meetings, maximum output
Your time is better spent seeing patients. The working relationship is built around that — not around calls and status updates that take time without moving anything forward.
Full access from the start
Website, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile — I need access to everything that could affect how your clinic appears in search. Not to hold you to ransom. To avoid asking repeatedly for things that slow the work down.
When I ask for something, act on it
I don't ask often. When I do it's because something is holding back progress and needs your input to fix it. A two-week delay on a straightforward request affects what I can deliver.
Where this ends up

The aim is to need less of my time, not more.

Most agencies are incentivised to keep you dependent. I'm not.

The goal is to get the clinic into a stronger local position, improve the quality of enquiries, build reputation around core treatments, and eventually move into maintenance once the heavy lifting has been done. Less of my time means less of your money — that's the direction this is always heading.

Phase 01
Quality enquiries, consistently
Your core treatment pages are ranking for the right local searches. The right patients are finding you — not price shoppers. Google Business Profile is working. Enquiry tracking is in place.
Phase 02
Local reputation leader
Your clinic is visibly the most credible option in your city for your core treatments. Reviews, rankings and content are compounding. Competitors are reacting to you, not the other way around.
Phase 03
Maintenance, not dependency
The system is built. What remains is upkeep — and that costs less of your money and less of my time. You stay in the background of my work. The results continue without the intensity of the build phase.
Who this isn't for

Some clinics are a better fit than others. Better to know before we speak.

This isn't a criticism of how anyone runs their clinic. It's an honest description of the working situations where this doesn't work well — so neither of us wastes time finding out the hard way.

  • Clinics looking for a full-service marketing agency — social media management, paid ads, creative, branding. That's not what this is.
  • Clinics that need weekly calls, detailed monthly reports or hands-on account management. The working relationship here is deliberately low-contact.
  • Clinics expecting a dashboard-heavy retainer with performance theatre every month. The work shows up in enquiries, not in slide decks.
  • Clinics where the decision-maker can't respond to occasional requests within a few days. The work stalls when access or input is delayed.
  • Clinics that are pre-launch or have no existing web presence to build from. There needs to be something to work with.
  • Clinics primarily offering non-injectable treatments. The methodology is built around injectables specifically — it doesn't transfer cleanly to laser, body or skin-only practices.

If none of those apply — and you run an established injectables clinic in a competitive UK city — it's worth starting with the free visibility check.
